Terms of Service

1. The Service

Lysteo lets creators submit a public video link and a public lead magnet link, generate a branded opt-in page, publish it at a Lysteo address, and measure the signups that page earns.

Lysteo is an early beta. Features may change as the product is developed, and generated copy or designs may need your review.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information, keep your account secure, and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has used it. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Your creator handle becomes part of your public Lysteo address and cannot currently be changed after it is claimed.

3. Your Content

You keep ownership of the videos, repositories, files, names, branding, and other material you submit or link to. You give Lysteo permission to read, store, transform, and display that material only as needed to provide and improve the service.

You must have the right to use and distribute the content and lead magnets you submit. You are responsible for reviewing generated pages and emails before publishing them.

4. Subscriber Data

When a visitor signs up on your page, Lysteo records the address and related delivery and page activity so the resource can be delivered and the signup can be attributed to the correct page.

You may use subscriber information only for the stated opt-in and in accordance with applicable privacy, marketing, and anti-spam laws.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use Lysteo to:

• publish or distribute content you do not have permission to use;
• mislead visitors about what they will receive;
• send spam, malware, or unlawful material;
• harass, impersonate, defraud, or harm another person;
• bypass access controls, rate limits, or service safeguards; or
• interfere with the service or another user's account.

6. Availability and Changes

We may change, pause, or discontinue parts of the beta service. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, or that generated material will be error-free.

7. Lysteo Ownership

Lysteo owns the service software, design system, brand, and other product material that is not your content or a third party's content. These terms do not transfer those rights to you.

8. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using Lysteo at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or address a violation of these terms.

9. Disclaimers and Liability

The beta service is provided as available and without warranties to the extent permitted by law. Lysteo is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot be limited under applicable law.
